HOLISTIC THERAPY
THE INVITATION
Come home to your body.
Come home to your breath.
Come home to being held.
Weaving mystery, manifesting magic.

In a world obsessed with "more" and a wellness industry that prioritises "hacks" over real internal growth, I invite you to do less.
Step away from the noise. Slow down. Deepen into being. Enter your inner sanctuary.
In the peaceful embrace of my therapy room, I create space for you to reconnect with the sacred resonance and wisdom of your body, breath, spirit, heart and soul.
Here, we braid together the threads of somatics, breathwork, meditation, nervous system support, story, ceremony and ritual. The emphasis is on co-creating magic to foster resilience, nurture authentic presence, and cultivate empowered wellbeing.
As a spiritual practitioner with a background in research and a passion for neuroscience, I create a bridge between conventional and soul-centered modalities by integrating clinical support with ancient magic.
My holistic approach foregrounds safety and enables you to engage with your healing in a way that honours your process and adapts to your needs. And my in-depth experience of a number of disciplines means we can tailor therapy to fit you, rather than the other way around.
At the heart of everything, our focus is on supporting your soul journey and bringing you into an experience of beauty, meaning and grace.
HERE FOR YOU
I work with people who want to rewrite their story and come into their myth, who are seeking safety and the fullest expression of their authenticity and wild sovereignty, who want to embrace their incompleteness rather than trying to fix it, who want to live a fully embodied life and to reclaim their wild sovereignty.
I offer specialist expertise in working with trauma, anxiety, jaw and pelvic health, and breathing pattern disorders. I also hold a dedicated interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating persistent pain, long-term conditions and trauma. However, my work spans a vast range of clients and needs.
Most importantly, I am committed to creating an inclusive space, because I believe everyone deserves to feel safe, to be met with unconditional positive regard, to be celebrated for who they are, and to be supported to access their innate power and magic.

THE TAPESTRY
Are you called to honour the sacred interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit and to be guided toward greater vitality, resilience and peace?
Our time together involves a careful braiding of diverse threads, allowing us to work deeply across the physical, emotional, and spiritual planes.

How we work together is guided by you. Some clients come to me for deep emotional care, others want physical support. Whether you require a focused massage to ground your system, nervous system regulation to find safety, or a deeper connection to spirit by incorporating story and somatic journeying, we tailor each session to your needs.
Below, you will find more insight into how each of these modalities can support your unique soul journey.
THE THREADS

Holistic Massage
A carefully curated blend of long sweeping strokes alongside deeper palpation and kneading techniques. Designed to nourish and ground you into the space of your body.

Myofascial Release Therapy
Gentle compression and stretching techniques held for five minutes or longer, accompanied by guided exploration of your sensations and inner landscape, to nurture interoceptive awareness and help your body find its own way to reorganise, rebalance and realign. Great for connecting and going deeper.

Bone Bodywork
Provides firm but gentle contact and grounding connection with specific bones throughout the body to bring you into a sense of your completeness, structure and strength. Grounding and mobilising.

Somatic Journeying
My signature approach that harnesses the creative capacity of the body as a portal to empower deeper enquiry and insight. We catch the thread of something as it arises— perhaps an image, memory, colour or sensation—and follow it to explore and support the creative processing of sensations and experiences.

Pelvic Health Therapy
External and internal pelvic floor therapy (for women only), to address long-held patterns of disconnection, tightness, pain and dysfunction. The pelvic floor is the foundational building block of the body, involved in both movement and breathing, and restoring mobility and softness can have far-reaching impacts.

Nervous System Regulation
If you are living in a survival state, and you need to come into a safe experience of your body and breath, and learn how to self-regulate, we focus on downregulation through hands-on bodywork and breathing practices. We introduce ways to use your body and breath to build safety and self-regulate. Over time, you build a toolkit of resources to use proactively, responsively, and reactively.

Gentle Breathwork
As an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Breathing Instructor, I guide you to breathe more comfortably and easily. Gentle functional breathwork helps to retrain your breathing patterns as well as being deeply downregulating for the autonomic nervous system. Working with your breath is an essential component of repairing the nervous system. It also helps you to travel more deeply into meditative and somatic practices.

Dynamic Breathing
Active controlled hyperventilation through the mouth or nose can help to shift deep tension and patterns, as well as creating space for emotional expression. I offer dynamic breathing as part of wider somatic sessions where it feels relevant to your process, rather than providing whole sessions dedicated to dynamic breathing.

Story & Myth
Stories hold magic and messages for us. They help us to understand the mysteries of the world, and to know our place in it. Stories are portals to profound insight—an artful way to illuminate the challenges and solutions in life. Travelling deeply into and with stories connects us to something older, bigger and deeper than ourselves. They can enrich your soul journey, bring you back into alignment and into a more harmonious relationship with the world around you.

Meditation
Involves using a range of techniques to build focus, awareness and a sense of peace–including breath observation, internal visualisation, or witnessing mind activity and bodily sensations.

Pathworking
These guided journeys into inner landscapes enable space for self-understanding and spiritual insight.

Ceremony, Ritual, Magic
Here we move into deeper territory to weave ceremony, ritual and magic into your journey.
This is for people who already have or want to commit to a regular spiritual practice.
WORKING TOGETHER
If you want deep work:

If you are seeking change or growth, or are on a healing journey, I recommend weekly or fortnightly sessions for 2-3 months.
As with any therapy, it takes time to work into and through things. Regularity, especially in the early stages, enables us to build a trusting therapeutic relationship, build momentum, lay solid foundations, and hold the thread of the work from session to session.
My experience is that if people can’t commit to regular sessions—especially at the start—the progress we make is minimal and they end up feeling disappointed. Therapy is one of those ‘you get out what you put in’ processes, and it requires frequency and longevity to be effective.
After a few months we will review where you are at. At this point you might want to continue as you are, or start spacing sessions out as you need less support and develop more resources.

If you want regular support:

If you are already in a good place and want to stay connected to your soul journey, monthly sessions are an ideal way to give yourself the time and space to enjoy your body and breath, or explore some of the other modalities I offer.
With monthly support, we tend to work with whatever is most present for you on the day, rather than holding the thread of a journey from session to session.

If you want to be held:

Sometimes you just need to be looked after. This is a way to access support if you are having a difficult time and can’t commit to frequent sessions.
If this is the case, you can book sessions ‘as and when’, on the understanding that we're not working deeply, attempting to address longstanding issues, or enabling sustainable change.
This is about providing support in the moment, for you to feel safe and held when you are experiencing a stressful time.

If you want a personalised ceremony:

These longer three-hour sessions offer you a complete retreat and an opportunity to completely drop into your body, breath, heart, spirit and soul. Perfect for times when you are in need of some profound nourishment and restoration, or for when you want to journey more deeply into something specific.
We plan your session together in advance to create a fully tailored and immersive experience, integrating whatever modalities feel right for you. Includes vegan gluten free snacks and hot drinks.
